Open House on October 21, 2007

Philadelphia Theatre Company takes center stage on the Avenue of the Arts with the debut of its Suzanne Roberts Theatre, a landmark piece of architecture designed by KieranTimberlake Associates LLP. Come and tour the Mainstage – the beautiful, intimate auditorium with its curved walls, warm-colored fabrics and intricate leather-tiled proscenium arch. Our urbane and elegant public lobbies are illuminated by a three-story glass façade that overlooks the Avenue, and our entrance marquee is a metal sculpture created by the artisans who do much of Frank Gehry's work.
